Services

What we take off your desk.

Engagements are built from these six lines. Take the whole function, or only the pieces your team can't cover — the scope is written down either way.

1100

Bookkeeping & reconciliation

Daily and weekly transaction coding, bank and credit-card reconciliations, and a general ledger that stays clean between closes.

1200

Accounts payable & receivable

Bill entry and approval routing, scheduled vendor payments, invoicing, collections follow-up, and aging reports you can act on.

3100

Month-end close & financial statements

Accruals, prepaids, fixed-asset schedules, and a published P&L, balance sheet, and statement of cash flows with a written variance note.

4100

Controller & fractional CFO

Budgets and rolling forecasts, 13-week cash flow, KPI and margin analysis, pricing support, and lender or investor reporting packages.

5100

Cleanup & catch-up

Years of unreconciled accounts, misapplied payments, and duplicate entries brought current and reconciled — so your year-end package is clean.

6100

Systems, controls & software

QuickBooks, Xero, and NetSuite setup and migration, chart-of-accounts design, approval workflows, and documented monthly procedures.

Engagement models

Three ways to work with us

Recurring

Monthly retainer

A fixed scope and a fixed fee. The most common arrangement — ongoing bookkeeping through month-end close, with reporting on a set calendar.

One-time

Project

Cleanup, a software migration, a chart-of-accounts rebuild, or a year of catch-up work. Quoted as a project, with a finish date.

Ongoing

Fractional controller or CFO

A set number of hours a month for review, forecasting, and the conversations that come before a decision — layered on top of the monthly work or on its own.
